Danielle joined Moore Stephens in 2006 and has over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry. She is currently a Manager within our Private Client Services Business and, with her team, administers a portfolio of high-net-worth clients of varying complexities, in multiple jurisdictions and with a broad variety of underlying activity and investments.
Danielle is a qualified accountant, having completed her professional studies with CPA Australia in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
In her free time, she enjoys walking around the many cliff paths in Jersey and is an avid reader.

Debie joined Moore Stephens in 2018 from one of the "Big 4" audit firms in Dubai where she held the role of Assistant Manager. She leads key audits and manages the audit team in Jersey. In addition to focusing on financial audit and procedural reviews, she works closely with Phillip Callow in developing new business and services for Moore Stephens.
As a certified public accountant for more than twelve years, she has considerable experience in financial audits of financial services, consumer business, service organisations, real estate, manufacturing companies and not-for-profit organisations.
During Debie's spare time, she enjoys cliff walking, jogging, cycling, kickboxing or practicing yoga. Debie loves to travel to experience other cultures, taste delicious cuisines and appreciate wonderful sceneries. All these or staying in the house for days with bags of chips and Netflix.

Governance & Financial Services professional with over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Dominic trained with PwC and is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (Chartered MCSI) and member of the Institute of Directors (MIoD).
Prior to joining Moore Stephens Channel Islands to lead & grow the corporate services team, Dominic was most recently a member of the senior leadership team of another global professional services firm locally, where he was responsible for client service delivery to both regulated and unregulated structures across corporate, capital markets, real assets and fund services.
Outside of work Dominic enjoys travelling, family time and getting involved in the non-profit sector - having been involved in particular with practical business education charities targeted at the youth community, and most recently was a member of the Jersey Charities Tribunal., now on the look-out for a new venture.

Prior to joining Moore Stephens, Dustyn was the Head of Fiduciary for Guernsey, for a global fiduciary and fund services organisation. He has also previously held senior positions with well- established fiduciary businesses in Guernsey. He has also spent several years working for an international fiduciary provider and multi-family office in the British Virgin Islands. Dustyn also completed his Chartered Accountancy articles in South Africa and spent several years working in audit at a firm of Chartered Accountants.

Jon Gallichan - Chief Compliance Officer
Jon joined MSTC in January 2020 as Head of Compliance, having over 30 years' experience in the fields of Compliance and the prevention of Money Laundering. During that time, he served with the island's regulator as well as being a founder member of the Jersey Compliance Officers' Association, in which role he jointly devised the first formal qualification for Compliance Officers in the Offshore Finance industry, training over 100 Compliance professionals in the island.
Jon is a Member of the International Compliance Association and a Certified GDPR Practitioner.
He has a lifelong passion for motorcycles, old and new, and can often be found at weekends riding, cleaning or fixing one of his collection.

Laura was born and educated in Jersey and has over 15 years' experience working within the Corporate and Funds Services industry, having joined a large financial services company in 2006.
Over her career Laura has gained experience within the corporate administration sector, with a particular focus on Real Estate, having previously been responsible for the administration of a large portfolio of mixed structures, LP/GPs, JPUTs and SPVs (including property holding and investment holding - large and complex Real Estate structures). Laura also has a depth of experience across regulated structures (including MoME entities), has assisted several clients through the listing process on AIM, LSE and TISE; including an extending to assisting clients with their employee service's needs (Personal Pension Plans, International Pension Plans, Employee Benefit Trusts, employment and payroll services for private contractors).
Laura has two children. Enjoys attending live music festivals and has recently taken up running.

Nick was born in Norwich, England and educated in Guernsey, Nick joined the fiduciary industry in February 1999, becoming ACCA qualified in 2012 and obtaining his Fellowship in 2017.
He later joined Moore Stephens in October 2018 as a Director to head up the Private Client Service department and was subsequently promoted to Managing Director of Moore Stephens Fiduciaries (Guernsey) Limited in January 2020.
In addition to heading up the firm's Private Client Service offering, Nick is responsible for business development and wider strategy of the Moore Stephens Guernsey business.
Nick's experience covers working with private clients and family offices across a wide range of structures including discretionary, life interest, purpose and charitable trusts, foundations, companies and limited partnerships across numerous jurisdictions. In addition, Nick sits on a number of client treasury boards providing financial and regulatory oversight.
Nick is married with two children and his hobbies include motor racing, basketball and darts.

Paul is Director of Information Technology for the Channel Islands, and Operations Director for Jersey. He joined Moore Stephens in 1998 and has been responsible for guiding the business through many changes during this time, developing a broad skill set covering both technical and business skills including qualifying as a Prince2 Practitioner and more recently as a GDPR Practitioner. Paul is also a Professional member of the British Computer Society.
Outside of work Paul enjoys watching motorsports and keeping active, with occasional visits to the gym and running with the family dog.

Phillip is Managing Director of Moore Stephens Audit & Assurance with responsibility for teams in Jersey and Guernsey. He has over 30 years' experience working within the financial services industry and has expertise in audit (including funds in both regular and alternative asset classes), assurance, consultancy, governance, and outsourcing.
Over the course of his career, Phillip has served as Chairman, Director, Company Secretary and Chief Executive of a number of organisations ranging from small private companies to international operations.
Phillip has a joint Honours Degree in Economics and Chemistry and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Outside of work Phillip is a keen chef and enjoys riding motorcycles and watching rugby.

Richard leads the offshore funds administration team focusing on real estate and private equity, supporting clients, from global institutions and sovereign wealth funds through to international family offices.
A qualified member of the Institute of Financial Services, Richard has a background in private banking and corporate administration. During his 20+ years in financial services his expertise has extended to offshore property, innovative fund structuring and corporate solutions, supporting clients and their professional advisors based in the Middle East, UK and Asia to implement and manage their corporate and fund needs.
In his spare time Richard is busy training his puppy Barney and Sailing!

Sam has over 20 years' experience in private client and corporate services operating under local and international regulations. Having joined BGL Reads in 1999 he went on to spend 11 years with the firm working within trust and corporate services through its name changes to MeesPierson Reads, Fortis and finally Intertrust.
Sam is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he joined Moore Stephens Guernsey in 2010 to head up Private Client Services and was appointed Managing Director in 2013. Sam has expertise in managing and advising global clients in relation to UK complex trust & international tax structuring matters for succession planning, asset protection and investment. He also has extensive experience in corporate administration, managing private structures and supporting family offices. This includes executive directorships for private investment companies and family office entities.
In addition to his client responsibilities in Guernsey, Sam became Chief Executive of Moore Stephens Channel Islands in 2019 and holds various executive and non-executive roles across the group.

Sean joined Moore Stephens in March 2019 and was appointed Managing Director of the Trust Company in January 2020. Sean has over 30 years' experience within private wealth management, most recently as Deputy CEO and Head of Private Client Trust of an international banking group.
He has extensive experience of running high performing trust businesses across Jersey, Guernsey and London creating strong relationships with clients and delivering a truly personal service to meet their complex needs. As of September 2021, Sean is once again featured as a Top Recommended Adviser on Spear's Index of Best Offshore Experts for high-net-worth individuals.
Sean is a lover of most sports, from the comfort of his armchair these days, and is a lifelong Manchester United fan. However, he does get out every morning for a run to set himself up for the day ahead.

Simon qualified as a Chartered Company Secretary (ACIS) in 1988 and attained his Fellowship (FCIS) in 1994. He trained as a Company Secretary with a Big 4 accounting firm having joined them in 1983, after obtaining a degree in Geography from Oxford University. He has over 38 years of experience in Company Secretarial and Fiduciary services.
From 1983 to 2002, Simon provided Company Secretarial support to UK companies of all sizes, sectors and industries, both public and private, whilst in London. He relocated to Jersey in 2002 and provided administration services to a portfolio of Corporate and Private clients. Since 2007, Simon has provided Corporate and Fund Services to a broad range of clients and structures (including SPVs, LP/GPs, JPUTs, SPACs, and Listed companies). He has gained experience in many sectors including Real Estate and has assisted several clients through the listing process on AIM, the London Main Market and TISE. He has been a Principal Person of regulated businesses since 2002 including regulated service providers and a number of Jersey regulated funds/MoMEs.
Simon is married with two children. He is a lover of American Football and supports the San Francisco 49ers. He is also a keen photographer but struggles to fully understand the extensive functions of his latest DSLR camera!
