The last activity I benefitted from was the voice recording activity. Not only did that make things easy when I had a sub, but my students have also been able to use this tool. At CaIS, we are becoming a Leader in Me school. We have been doing student-led conferences this year. For our spring SLCs, my partner teacher and I decided to have our students create an e-portfolio. In this portfolio, they were able to insert a voice recording of them reading into the reading section of their e-portfolio. I tried to use the SuperNote app, like I used for this class' assignment, but we could not get the recording to play once it was uploaded to Google. We had to use a different app, so the recording was uploaded as an MP3. Even though we had to use a different app, this activity opened up my eyes to how easy it is for students to use apps like this to add features to their assignments.
