With broad experience in contract, insurance, and general administration Ms. Arruda keeps us all organized and on track.
Mr. Farrington brings to the practice over 25 years of experience in the building enclosure and architecture field. Edward applies his knowledge and skill to construction administration, investigation, condition survey, peer review, building renovation, rehabilitation, historic restoration and new building design.
We bring extensive experience to the table, but also have a healthy level of skepticism about "the way things are done" and we're dedicated to tirelessly re-engineering the process of building envelope consulting. We want to improve the experience for our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders in building envelope construction.

Mr. Thomas has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and has previously worked in construction management roles on the new Lowell Trial Court in Lowell, MA as well as at Artech Celestia premium apartments in Trivandrum, India.
Mr. Copeland is the founder of Copeland Building Envelope Consulting. He is a building scientist and engineer and has consulted on a wide variety of building envelope issues for over 15 years. With experience in design, forensic investigation, litigation support, due diligence and building enclosure commissioning Mr. Copeland is proficient at diagnosing and designing repairs for envelope problems in all construction types.
An experienced building envelope consultant, Mr. Copeland has helped owners, architects, contractors, developers, property managers and attorneys throughout the United States to resolve their building envelope problems.

Mr. Kenison has experience in project and property management, including project management roles on several large-scale condominium building envelope repair projects. In addition to his technical work as a Consultant, Nathan manages CopelandBEC operations infrastructure.
Mr. Holt has been working in the building envelope field for over 25 years. Peter has expertise in various aspects of enclosure consulting including roofing, waterproofing, fenestration, and air/water barriers. Peter is also an experienced project manager.
Mr. Maiden has over 5 years of experience consulting on building envelope issues including investigations, peer reviews, laboratory and field testing, repair design, and building enclosure commissioning (BECx). Sean is a licensed Professional Engineer in IA.
