David Myers joined Heathrow in 2010 to lead a programme to install a new hi-tech integrated baggage system for Terminal 3. Since then he has led a number of programmes before taking his current role as Head of Quality
Previously David was with JCB Excavators as Engineering Manager for the Earthmover division where he lead the project and engineering team for wheeled loading shovels and articulated dump trucks
Prior to that, he was with Ford Motor Company, where he held a number of positions within the powertrain world including leading the programme, design and development teams for Fiesta and Ka.

Karen works for Skanska UK as a Quality Manager with over 20 years' experience in quality within the telecommunications, consultancy, highways, infrastructure and building sectors and has a deep understanding of the role that the quality professional has in the delivery of successful projects.
Karen became a member of the CQI in 2007 following completion of an MSc in Quality and Business Excellence and supports the Milton Keynes branch having previously been a committee member responsible for arranging events. Karen also has a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering.
Karen is a STEM Mentor and regularly volunteers with Science Oxford.
