Ashlie Pascoe

Ashlie commenced with Don Cameron & Associates in October 2023. She has worked with Managing Lawyer, Phil Young for over 12 years, initially as a Legal Assistant and now as a Paralegal. She has extensive experience across various practice areas including workers compensation, motor vehicle accident and public liability claims in New South Wales. Ashlie is driven by a genuine passion for securing favorable results for clients, and she approaches legal matters with meticulous dedication. In addition to her role, Ashlie is a NSW Justice of the Peace. Outside of work Ashlie enjoys playing touch football, water skiing, live music events, travelling and the joy of cooking for friends and family.

Brianna Amos

Brianna commenced with Don Cameron & Associates in March 2023 having worked in Queensland and New South Wales jurisdictions in a range of different practices for both Plaintiff and Defendant law firms. Brianna is most passionate about workers compensation claims and has extensive experience in this area. Outside of work, Brianna is kept busy by her daughter and loves spending time with her family and beloved animals.

Daniel Reeks

Daniel completed a Diploma of Law through the University of Sydney whilst working as a legal clerk and was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2019. He commenced work at Don Cameron & Associates in early 2023. Daniel has a range of experience in areas of practice including personal injury, medical negligence, motor vehicle accidents and historical abuse claims in both the New South Wales and Victorian jurisdictions. He is a local to the Albury/Wodonga area and is experienced in providing legal assistance and support to those in need, that are living in regional areas. Outside of work Daniel enjoys being outdoors, being active and spending time with his young family.

Don Cameron

Don is a lawyer with over 40 years experience, has been an Accredited Personal Injury Specialist for over 20 years, and is a Nationally Accredited Mediator. His training and experience successfully representing clients in New South Wales and Victorian Supreme Courts, as well as the High Court of Australia, enables him to advise on a wide range of legal issues. Emily Leary

Emily, our client relationship manager, will be your first point of contact for all new enquiries. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with the services we provide. Her primary focus is to address client concerns and ensure that their needs are met throughout their legal Journey with Don Cameron and Associates. In Emily's role, she works closely with our legal team to ensure that our clients receive the best possible representation, and that their legal matters are handled with the utmost care and attention. Emily is passionate in her role and understands that our clients are often going through difficult times and have often experienced severe trauma. One of Emily's key strengths is her ability to listen actively and empathetically to our clients. Her goal is to build long-lasting relationships and make the process as seamless and stress-free as possible. Whether Emily is answering questions, providing updates, or simply lending an ear, she approaches every interaction with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. We believe that this approach is essential to building trust and fostering long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Jennifer Rose

Jennifer is a Law Clerk, and has been a part of the Don Cameron & Associates team for 15 years. She currently works in the Estate Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Family Law departments, as well as managing the firm's accounts. Jennifer has completed a Diploma of Legal Studies, Certificate IV in Business Administration, and is a Justice of the Peace in and for the State of New South Wales. She has also worked across all New South Wales and Victorian court jurisdictions, as well as the Federal Circuit Court of Australia. With over 20 years of legal experience, Jennifer is competent in operating across multiple different areas of law, and consistently receives positive feedback from clients and new enquiries. Jessica Campbell

Jessica's legal career commenced as a law clerk in 2006. Whilst working as a law clerk, she completed her Bachelor of Laws with Southern Cross University in 2015 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2015. Jessica has a range of experience in areas of practice including personal injury, motor vehicle accidents and cross jurisdiction claims. Jessica commenced with Don Cameron & Associates in April 2024.

Kate Rodger

Kate joined Don Cameron & Associates in January 2022 bringing with her a wealth of knowledge in personal injury law. Kate commenced in the legal industry in 2014 and quickly grew her passion for personal injury law having worked for a plaintiff personal injury law firm and the NSW Government specialising in workers compensation. Kate is drawn to advocating for the rights of injured workers by providing guidance in navigating the complex workers compensation scheme in NSW. Kate believes that injured workers should be able to focus on recovering from their injuries without the worry of their claim which can be stressful for them and their families. Kate has a particular interest in advocating for the rights of first responders and emergency workers who have served and protected their community. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) and was admitted as a solicitor in 2023. Outside of work, Kate is a keen NRL supporter, enjoys playing netball and spending time with her friends and family.

Kristi Hacket

Kristi commenced with Don Cameron & Associates at the end of 2021. She completed her studies with the University of Melbourne and relocated to the Albury Wodonga area a short time later. Kristi is an experienced lawyer having worked predominantly in General Law throughout her career to date. She currently works in the NSW Workers Compensation department with Sharla and Sam and has gained a passion for helping clients achieve great outcomes.

Lauren Rowland

Lauren is an Albury Wodonga local who commenced work with Don Cameron in 2013 as a Legal Assistant. After studying and working full time, Lauren was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2019. Her expertise spans a range of practice areas including Workers Compensation and Public Liability claims in both New South Wales and Victoria, as well as Victorian Motor Accident claims. Passionate about assisting clients achieve their desired outcomes, the knowledge Lauren has acquired from her work and continuous study has proven invaluable in the successful resolution of legal problems. Michael Bryant

Michael brings extensive experience in the area of TPD Insurance claims and Superannuation having worked for major superannuation firms. This experience has given him the ability to provide unparalleled service to many clients coupled with his desire to build strong and supporting relationships to ensure clients receive the best outcome. Michael is extremely pragmatic with his approach, with high attention to detail and ensuring no stone is left unturned, he prides himself on his ability to communicate with clients openly and respectfully to ensure complete transparency. Outside of work, Michael enjoys walking and fitness, spending time with friends and family and gardening, he is currently the Treasurer of a local community garden.

Odette Nasr

Odette has a thorough understanding of the personal injury field, having more than 10 years experience in the industry. Her experience stems from working for plaintiff firms and a large insurer, giving her accurate understanding and knowledge of both sides of a claim. Odette has worked in numerous areas of personal injury, namely Workers Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Accident Matters. Having a family of her own, Odette understands the physical, emotional and financial toll that pursuing a Workers Compensation Claim can have on an individual and their family, and finds satisfaction in assisting clients in pursuing a Workers Compensation claim. She is passionate in achieving the best possible results for the clients of Don Cameron & Associates. Odette has completed a Diploma in Legal Services and an Associate Degree in Law. Outside of work, Odette is kept busy with her children's extra curricula activities, namely Basketball and Dancing and enjoys spending time with her large extended family. She is passionate in giving to those in need and participates in St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal and the Westmead Children's Hospital Christmas Toy Drive.

Phil Young

Phil joined Don Cameron & Associates in 2023 having previously worked as a Partner with Don Cameron in Adams Leyland Lawyers. Phil is an Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury with a keen focus on Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accidents. Being a Dubbo local with an extensive career behind him, of serving 13 years in the NSW Police Force and another 25 years working for the rights of Regional New South Wales residents, Phil is eager to continue fighting for the rights of injured people.

Renae Melville

Renae joined the team in July 2022 as an ambitious indigenous woman who brings a wealth of experience to the firm from the TPD and IP sector. Client focus is of significant importance to Renae. Her passion and continued dedication to build and maintain unwavering relationships with clients who are transitioning into the next chapter of their lives is at the forefront of her priorities. Renae will be undertaking her law degree in 2023, with the intention to fulfil her dream of becoming a personal injury lawyer.

Samantha (Sam) commenced working with Don Cameron in 2015. She is a Law Clerk assisting within in NSW Workers Compensation department and will often be your point of contact in the day-to-day handling of claims. Sharla Sutcliffe

Sharla has worked with Don Cameron for over 20 years, initially as a Legal Assistant and then as a Law Clerk. She completed her Diploma of Law and was admitted as a Solicitor in October 2020. She has a comprehensive knowledge of the New South Wales Workers Compensation system, and has helped improve the lives of many clients who have sustained an injury in the workplace. She also works in other areas of Personal Injury Law including Work Injury Damages, Public Liability and Superannuation/TPD. Sharla is dedicated and passionate about helping clients achieve the best possible result. Prior to working at Don Cameron & Associates, Sheela worked in a plaintiff Personal Injury Law Firm. She was the first point of contact for clients, insurers and firms, drafted client and witness statements, and prepared chronologies. Sheela assists in the Personal Injury Department for both exempt and non-exempt workers. She is a committed professional who values client relationships and goes above and beyond to obtain the best results. Outside of work, Sheela enjoys playing Netball and Badminton. Sienna Bell

Whilst working fulltime, Sienna completed her Certificate III in Legal Services in 2021 and is currently studying Bachelor of Laws at Southern Cross University. Sienna will be your point of contact for the day-to-day management of your claims. She is dedicated and passionate about providing clients with the assistance required to achieve the best result.

Srishti Dhawan

Srishti completed her High School Certificate in 2020 and commenced with Don Cameron & Associates in March 2022 as a Legal Assistant whilst currently studying a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce at the University of New South Wales. Srishti has tutored English and Legal Studies subjects to students in High School. Prior to working at Don Cameron & Associates, Srishti worked as an intern at an Immigration Law Firm where she was drafting client statements. Srishti assists in the Personal Injury Department, going above and beyond to assist her colleagues and clients. She is a dedicated professional who puts her clients at the core of her daily tasks. Tiffany Mowlam

Tiffany completed her Higher School Certificate in 2019 and commenced working with Don Cameron & Associates in April 2023 as a Legal Assistant whilst currently studying a Bachelor of Laws/Business (Applied Finance) at Western Sydney University. Prior to working with Don Cameron & Associates, Tiffany worked as a paralegal within the workers compensation team at a boutique law firm located in the Sydney CBD where she was involved in a range of administrative activities. Tiffany assists in the Personal Injury Department of our Liverpool office and seeks to ensure that client satisfaction is the core motivator of her work.
