Brent Hoots

Mr. Hoots is a management and trade consultant with over twenty years of experience covering several areas, including international trade, investment and commercial banking, and management consulting. As a financial advisor to clients throughout the United States and abroad, he specializes in the brokering of a wide variety of credit enhancement programs, as well as the structuring and arranging financing for the international and domestic transactions of companies and financial institutions. Prior to his involvement with NaviTrade Structured Finance LLC, Mr. Hoots was a consultant to the World Bank, living in Eastern Europe and focusing on privatization, trade development, foreign investment, and commercial lending projects.

David Harlow

David Harlow is the President & CEO of ITC-Diligence, Inc. (ITC). ITC was founded in 2002 as an International Trade Consulting Firm and a second generation National Corporate Custom House Broker. ITC provides a unique blend of international trade related services to importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, public utilities, and local government, focusing on CBP and the Foreign Trade Zone. David Harlow represents four of the nine Grantees in Southern California and assists regions, cities, and businesses with the implementation and oversight of the FTZ Program. Additionally, ITC provides services in eight different states while continuing to grow. Mr. Harlow, a California native, received his U.S. Customs Brokerage License in 2004. He has spent the last 10 years specializing in the textile industry, footwear industry, and Foreign Trade Zone industry.

Mark Wilson

Mark Wilson is the President of TermSync, a cloud-based accounts receivable software company owned by Esker, Inc. As a former CFO, he has always focused on process improvements as a way of not only reducing costs but also increasing efficiency and improving internal and external relationships. After seeing first-hand the amount of corporate waste that can be attributed to outdated post-sale processes, Mark realized a significant need in the market was not being addressed. Building on this knowledge and his prior successful startup experience, he formed TermSync.

Michael C. Dennis

Michael C. Dennis has more than 30 years of credit management experience. He has been an instructor for CMA Business Credit Services for the last thirteen years. He is an accomplished public speaker and the author or co-author of five books on credit management. His experiences help him help clients to find and fix problems quickly. His services to the credit community include roles on NACM's Communications Advisory Panel, as well as the Educational Advisory Panel. He has been a featured speaker at two National Credit Congress meeting, as well as a featured speaker or a keynote speaker at numerous regional and local conferences. Michael has an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and holds the Credit Business Fellow Accreditation from NACM.
