Aaron and Amy met at Songkick in 2012. Aaron was a developer and Amy a tester, together they built awesome products and made some great friends. Over the years things changed, not least their roles - they took on more responsibility, started managing people, and eventually progressed into CTO (Aaron) and Engineering Management (Amy). Building teams and growing people turned out to be the best and most challenging of all their roles, and continues to stretch them to this day.
