Nancy Lonsinger has more than 20 years' experience as a business leader with expertise in marketing, sales and business development for major global healthcare and consumer brands. As the founder and president of Leverage Point Advisors, LLC, Nancy brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, from large Fortune 500 to small entrepreneurial companies, to drive strategic planning, market development and product commercialization for clients in life sciences and consumer fields. Nancy's unique ability to understand the complex life sciences marketplace and interpret consumer insights allows her to quickly diagnose client challenges and develop practical, yet innovative, solutions. During her career, Nancy has managed major brands throughout all phases of their life cycles. She directed numerous consumer and healthcare product launches generating billions of dollars in sales for companies like Roche Diagnostics Corporation, Polymer Technology Systems and DowBrands. Nancy also has significant experience leading cross-functional and global teams representing sales, marketing, finance, market research, R&D, manufacturing, legal, regulatory and quality. The breadth of Nancy's experience ensures that all business implications are identified, evaluated and prioritized in order to deliver a solution that maximizes each client engagement's return on investment. Nancy's areas of expertise include: Strategic Planning Marketing and Branding Product Development Market Development Sales Management Finance/P&L Management Post-sale Training and Service Nancy also lends her time and talent to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), serving on its Indiana State Chapter Boards of Chancellors and Directors for the past twelve years. From 2009-2010, Nancy was the president of the Board of Directors, and in 2004, the corporate chair for the Indianapolis Walk to Cure Diabetes. Nancy earned an MBA in marketing from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a BS in finance from the University of Illinois. She and her husband, Bob, have two teenage daughters.
