In my original pocket folder (exhibit B), we were targeting a young, hip clientele for a small condominium community in Little Five Points, GA. The company that was trying to imitate us was using it for a healthcare company in the senior living space (exhibit A). I have blurred their name to protect the innocent. They thought that if they just copy our layout, font and colors, the result would be the same, but the devil's in the details.
