NAPLES RODEO CLUB

The Naples Rodeo Club is a non-profit organization; we strive to promote rodeo and the history of our western heritage. The Naples Rodeo Club's goal is to support our local youth, serve our community, and to produce an annual rodeo our spectators and contestants will never forget. We partner with the Naples Watermelon Festival Committee the last full weekend of July each and every year to entertain thousands of people in Naples, Texas... The Naples Watermelon Festival began the summer of 1938; the Naples Rodeo began in conjunction with the festival in 1947 in Naples, Texas. The first rodeo was held on the exact grounds where our rodeo arena stands today. Originally, it was an arena made out of all wood. We have made tremendous changes to our Naples Rodeo arena grounds in the last few decades and we are very proud of our performances each year. We take pride in bringing Naples and the surrounding communities a rodeo like no other.
