The Phoenix Foundation recognizes our Boundary community needs many things to be a place where people choose to live and work. It needs a vision for the future. It needs to be a safe place to live. It needs easily accessible resources for its residents. It needs affordable artistic, athletic and cultural programs. It needs dedicated people who care enough about their community to make it better. It needs funding for community activities and programs... The Phoenix Foundation helps the people of the Boundary Region by bringing people together to identify and address local issues, encourage philanthropy and fund charitable activities. The Foundation assembles and administers permanent "income-earning" endowment funds that continue to grow thanks to support from financial gifts & bequests of area residents, local businesses, the Vancouver Foundation and other charitable organizations.
