Ru Chee

Ru graduated from UC Berkeley in 2007 with High Honors and the Isidore Pomerantz Scholarship for top graduating senior in Physics. She worked in biotech R&D in Singapore, where she published 5 peer-reviewed articles and was awarded a patent, before deciding to pursue a finance career in the US. After receiving her Master's in Financial Engineering from Cornell in 2011, Ru worked at Société Générale, Citi, and (presently) BNP Paribas, where she is a Director in Equity Derivatives Sales and the top producer on her desk. She has been actively involved in analyst recruitment and diversity initiatives through the course of her career, and in her spare time enjoys cooking, rock climbing, and taking her dog for long walks.

Yan Song

Yan graduated from the University of Virginia with a double degree; she has a Bachelor's of Science from the McIntire School of Business in Finance and International Business, as well as a BA in East Asian Language Studies. She joined Citigroup through the summer internship / analyst program after graduating in 2011, and rose to Vice President in Structured Credit Sales by the age of 25, having been promoted early twice. She recently left the industry to focus on her family, but remains passionate about Asian-American mentorship initiatives and helping others seize opportunities and maximize their potential in the workplace.
