Job Titles:
  • OWNER & DOCTOR
I'm Dr. Kirby. I was raised in the Southwest Deserts of Southern Utah. I'm married with 5 little ones, 12, 10, 8, 6, and 4. They mean the world to me. I completed medical school at Touro University Nevada in Henderson, NV in 2013 and followed with my residency at Conroe Family Medicine Residency Program in Conroe, TX, just 30 minutes north of Houston. Over the last part of my career, I've spent time working as an Emergency Room Physician, Urgent Care Physician, and Hospitalist to better understand patient's needs and to provide continuity of care across multiple facets of healthcare. As a Direct Primary Care Physician Clinic, we have the great opportunity to provide increased care to and communication with our patients. We try to be available nights, weekends, regular business hours and all times in between. Call, text, email, FaceTime your concerns.

LESLIE MCCARTNEY

Hello, I'm Leslie. I grew up in a small town in rural Arizona. My husband John and I have been married for over 10 years. We have 3 wonderful daughters ages 7, 5 and 3 and they are so much fun! We love all things outdoors, and our crew (including our German Shepherd puppy) are frequently hiking, backpacking, camping, or Jeeping. I have worked in healthcare since 2008 when I interned at the first primary care office in our small town. I became a Registered Nurse in 2011 from Yavapai College and thoroughly enjoyed my career working in acute care and Emergency Departments in the Valley. Yet, I still felt a call to help people stay healthy, and intervene before they were hospitalized. I returned to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner and graduated from Grand Canyon University in April 2018. Over the years I have had several invaluable mentors, one of which being Dr. Farnsworth. I love the direct primary care format, where the providers have a unique opportunity to connect with the patients in an un-rushed, un-insurance regulated way. Having worked in various capacities through out my healthcare journey, I do not feel like any part of my patients' care is "not my job". I truly value what my patients have to say and want to partner with them to live their healthiest life.
