Emma Shilling - Chief Compliance Officer
Emma joined SolutionsHub from esports-betting operator Unikrn, where she served as Senior Compliance Officer and DMLRO, until it's successful sale to Entain. Emma provides compliance training and support to the c-suite and operational teams across esports, egaming and blockchain businesses.
Esteban is a gambling industry veteran with more than 20 years' experience in the sector. During this time, Esteban has worked with companies across casino, sports, esports, bingo and poker. Esteban brings a wealth of knowledge in treasury, cryptocurrencies, fraud, trading and security.
James works closely with businesses seeking regulatory and licensing advice in the blockchain and gambling sectors. James is a Certified Blockchain Expert, as recognised by the Blockchain Council, Certificate ID: 29469732 and has passed multiple International Compliance Association certificates.
Lee is an Isle of Man GSC approved director with more than 15 years' experience in the egaming sector. Lee is a Non-Executive Board Member of Digital Isle of Man. Highlights of Lee's career include obtaining the world's first blockchain gambling licence and guiding SolutionsHub to winning two EGR B2B Awards

Nick is a former Gambling Inspector with a wealth of knowledge and insight into the Regulators interpretation of legislation and policy. Nick works across the business troubleshooting and supporting clients strike the balance between innovation and regulatory requirements.
Nick is a former Gambling Inspector and qualified Data Protection Practitioner. Nick obtained the Isle of Man's first decentralised sportsbook licence and has assisted businesses in every betting vertical. Nick has successfully applied for licences in many jurisdictions including the Isle of Man, UK, Malta, Curacao, and Kahnawake.
Steven has spent almost two decades in the financial services sector. During this time, Steven has focused on egaming and blockchain businesses, assisting some of the industry's biggest names with licensing, operations, listing, and exiting. Steven has holds FSA notified controlled functions and is a GSC approved director and operations manager.
