Bruce's background spans not only advertising and account management for large advertising agencies; he is also skilled in brand management and marketing. Many people say Bruce could sell ice to Eskimoes and this is a talent he employs to ensure the mix of exhibitors not only works but also offers visitors a diverse experience. He also helps exhibitors to build or reinforce their brand through their display and offer - sometimes even giving them on-the-ground training at the event helping them to maximize the opportunity. He enjoys working with people and helping them to be the best they can.

Elizabeth has over 20 years in event management from early days of organising street festivals and car shows during her time at News Limited, through to International events such as the World Fly Fishing Championships in Australia, the UK and Europe. She was also the founder of the Festival of Cricket, an event that ran in Bowral and is still running throughout the UK and Europe. Currently Elizabeth is the creator and manager for the Home & Garden Show in Bowral, The Small Farm Field Day in Moss Vale, the Festival of Flavour in Canberra … plus she is working on another two major concepts that will be launched in 2017. She loves a challenge and seeing and idea through to fruition.
As the key creative director such brands as Tourism WA, QANTAS, Mirage Resort … just to name a few … Roger brings a degree of new thinking to the event that always enhances the atmosphere and ambience. He always finds a way to do it better and more creatively.
