Hey! Our names are Marie, Maddie, and Abbey and we are three vegans living in the greater NYC area. We are three young women at a tiny liberal arts college doing research on food justice, veganism, food politics, and health this semester. We are hoping to keep this blog up and running in the spring. We're working on a group project together, so we informally post our thoughts, recipes, and research on this platform...
