Chris has worked in financial services since 1998 when she starting her banking career with Barclays. Several years on the frontline, working with both business and retail customer has given her a wealth of experience, allowing her to fully understand the implications of secured lending including residential mortgages. She loves to get involved with the more complicated cases and enjoys working with self-employed and employed clients.

Mark Meads, the founder of Village Financial, has over 25 years experience in financial services, advising on mortgages, equity release and life assurance.
Throughout his career he has also held senior national management roles in some of the largest UK financial companies including Legal and General, Aegon, Prudential, AXA and BUPA.
We can confidently say that Mark knows his stuff when it comes to mortgages!
Mark has worked in Financial Services for 28 years - starting as a "Man from the Pru", he progressed to senior management positions with BUPA, Aegon, Axa and Legal & General.
He set up Village Financial Solutions in 2017, so he could continue to help clients with their home finance needs. Mark is married to Marie with two daughters Juliette and Helena; his hobbies include golf (as much as he's allowed to!) and gardening (as much as he has to!
Martine joined Village Financial Solutions in September 2020. With over 20 years of administration and Director support she brings a wealth of experience having previously worked as office and administration manager for a wide variety of industries, including mortgage services. Over this time Martine has recognised the importance of customer service being at the heart of a business.
