Enigma-IS's HR function is led by Geoff Hughes, Geoff is responsible for ensuring that all the people needs of the business are met and achieved. To ensure that the Enigma values and culture are reflected in all HR activities and solutions and that HR participate in the strategic growth of the Business as a whole. Geoff has an extraordinarily strong record of Trade Union relations; he and the business have formerly recognised a number of unions for the purposes of collective bargaining. He has a very wide ranging experience of HR covering both UK and overseas including a high degree of experience of; Strategic Management, Cost Appreciation and control, Commercial arrangements of the Division, Project Management. Geoff is also known for detailed knowledge of employment law and extensive knowledge and experience of TUPE. Over 19 years with Enigma he has worked closely with many blue-chip organisations and public Sector Organisations such as; Magnox, EDF, UKAEA, Bp, Shell, Texaco, BAA, BAE systems HMRC and the National Stationery Office. Working in the Nuclear, on shore offshore, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Ship Building and automotive sectors, Geoff left education and started his career as an apprentice in the Printing Industry with the Hunterprint Group Plc as part of the management leadership program. Geoff Joined Enigma Industrial from the Nuttall group in 2003 initially managing the end to end HR process for large turn around and new build projects. In recognition of his contribution toward the engineering and construction Industry and his knowledge of the sectors framework agreements Geoff contributes as a non-exec director of the management board of the (NJC). National Joint Council for the Engineering Construction Industry and the (ECIA's) Major Contractors Committee for the Engineering Construction Industry Association. Geoff also represents the NJC for the construction Industry as either chair or lay member of the NJC's Dispute & Adjudication Panel, working alongside national officials from the main trade unions. Latterly Geoff has worked with JIB's and TICA's labour relations Committee as one of the representatives of the major employers in the sector, Geoff has been working on the Modernisation of the agreements such as; JIB, BE&S, SELECT & ECA.

Ian McDougall - CFO

Ian joined Enigma in 2016 and is responsible for all financial matters pertaining to Enigma-IS. He brings a wealth of financial and commercial experience from a variety of related sectors and industries including Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities Management and Outsourcing. Ian has previously held senior finance roles with the Weir Group in the UK & the Middle East, and Morrison Facilities Services in the UK. Ian qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 having trained with KPMG in the UK and holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management (2005).

Kevin Fitzpatrick - COO

Kevin Fitzpatrick is the Operations Director for Enigma Industrial Services, Access North region, and is primarily focused on helping to achieve the organisation's objectives for growth. Embarking on his career in the temporary access and scaffolding industry during 1983, Kevin started as a management trainee before moving into design and becoming a fully qualified Civil Engineer in 1989. Kevin quickly progressed to managing the SGB East Coast business region responsible for Rental & Sales, Powered Access and Contracting. In more recent years, Kevin has held Business Development and Sales Director positions at one of the largest scaffolding providers operating in the UK, SGB (now Lyndon SGB) and subsequently became the Managing Director for Commercial, Mechanical Access & Channel Islands. During this time, Kevin has gained a wealth of knowledge within the industry sector with operational project management by helping to standardise and implement health & safety best practices and estimating processes. Along with improving workforce management based on productivity, stock availability and financial control throughout the organisation. Since joining Enigma Industrial Services in October 2021, Kevin's professional leadership skills and experience are utilised to support the internal business team with winning new projects throughout the UK by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and improving the overall customer experience. Kevin holds an HND qualification in Accountancy & Computers and is a member of the (NASC) National Access & Scaffolding Confederation.

Scott Hardie - Managing Director

Scott Hardie is Managing Director of Enigma Industrial Services having transferred as Managing Director from Interserve in 2018. Scott joined the business in 2012, initially to head-up the Access business, Scott assumed responsibility for the Industrial Hard Services, Environmental and Power Businesses in 2015. Scott has extensive experience in a broad range of service businesses. Prior to Enigma / Interserve Scott was employed as Operations Director at Harsco's SGB business (now Lyndon SGB) having previously held the roles of General Manager, National Taskforce Manager and Regional Manager across a 17 year period at SGB. Scott entered the workplace in 1984 at the age of sixteen as a trainee scaffolder and by the age of twenty one, had progressed to Supervisor, going on to develop through experience gained in the roles of Contracts Manager, Offshore Surveyor and Branch Manager.
