Bobbie is a highly-experienced graphic designer. She uses her broad skills base to craft designs that harness creativity to follow the brief and visually communicate brands with flair.
With over 15 years of experience at TA Design, including managing the design team, she's worked on a wide range of projects and for all our clients.
Her passion for creating stunning design, together with her eye for detail, means she stays on top of every stage of each design project, completing jobs accurately and on time.
She's an excellent and patient communicator, whether clarifying processes to clients new to print, answering queries or checking final artwork. Her creativity and conscientiousness, along with her outgoing personality make Bobbie a pivotal member of the TA team.
James thrives on engaging with clients, and understanding their objectives and constraints. He has in-depth experience in every business sector and marketing medium, both print and digital.
A firm believer in effective communication, he goes the extra mile; whether in challenging a brief, giving perceptive insights, chiselling pinpoint brand positioning, or developing engaging and compelling copy - that's on-brand, on purpose, and targeted to the channel and the audience.
Intelligent, personable and empathic, he's at ease dealing with decision-makers at the highest level, and has a flair for seeing the bigger picture and grasping the key issues.
His experience includes co-founding and then heading up a leading direct marketing agency. He is a Life Fellow of both the Institute of Direct Marketing (IDM) and the Royal Society for the Arts (RSA).
Rachel is a confident and well-qualified designer who works calmly, quickly and accurately under pressure - while retaining creativity and precision.
With a wide range of experience in a variety of agencies, she's shown herself to have excellent abilities in all the usual software, as well as having good communication skills.
Rachel has proved to be a popular and considerate team member who thrives on responsibility and new challenges.
Tony set up TA Design in 1993 and quickly built an impressive client list with a talented team. Tony started his career with Freemans, where his work included responsibility for advertising, direct mail as well as producing the very first specialogues seen in Britain. (We're pretty sure he came up with the name.)
He may call it ‘colouring in' but the creative work of the company he founded continues to be at the cutting edge of the industry, applying the latest techniques and best practice. Although he's stepped back from the day-to-day, Tony remains passionate about the added value that exceptional catalogue design can bring to any business.
