We act on behalf of more than 150 Residents Management Companies and right to manage companies, in addition to circa 100 Freeholder Managements. 97% of the properties that we manage are within a 20 mile radius of our office (i.e. mainly Surrey, South London & Middlesex)... HES Estate Management Ltd commenced trading in 2017, operating what was formerly the residential management business of Huggins Edwards & Sharp... As a new management team, we are keen to secure good quality new business and retain existing business. We have no sleeping partners or investors distracting from our goal of providing a first class service to our clients.
