Kim is a Primavera specialist with extensive knowledge of a range of best practice tools including Microsoft Project, Asta, QSRA, and Pertmaster. On all of his projects, he uses these tools to create a standardised reporting regime across the programme. This allows him to provide more accurate benchmarking and estimating, and shorter update times, creating more time for data analysis of forecasting and enabling better mitigation of potential delays.

Mark Henderson

Having spent over 30 years in the programme management environment, Mark has a wealth of experience within the Nuclear, Power, Infrastructure and Rail industries, with specialisms spanning Programme, Project and Operations Management. Mark is adept at business change management and handling major client contract management and administration, having carved out his career within both business development and operational roles. With a focus on achieving and delivering goals, Mark's determination shines through on every new project he undertakes; he thrives on tackling problematic situations and resolving them swiftly and decisively. A core strength is Mark's ability to utilise and secure relevant data in order to identify key issues. Mark consistently goes the extra mile to investigate and source further detail and information and takes full accountability and responsibility across all aspects of his work. Nick Brennan

Nick is a Planning Manager with 18 years' experience in the construction and engineering industry, twelve of which have been in engineering roles ranging from Land Surveyor to Agent. This experience provides Nick with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively plan and manage programmes on major projects. Nick has recent experience working on motorway projects, valued at up to £400m. He has been involved in the planning process from SGAR 3 through detailed design, final estimate and into construction. Nick's responsible have included management of a team of planners, collaborating with designers and delivery partners, ensuring alignment of the cost-loaded programme with PRISM and that control accounts were coded correctly, as well as implementing a planning cycle to ensure accurate reporting. He also exported monthly contract programmes into Tilos time location software, in order to establish overall and 12-week lookahead. Nick demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of Primavera 6 and other planning software, which he has used across major projects from inception to handover. For example, he has produced weekly reviews of short-term programmes and achieved outputs using Aphex planning software, enabling clash detection of work areas thus minimizing delays on site. Planned and actual quantities were recorded against each activity and compared against those in P6 using Power BI, producing S-Curves for key packages.

With over 20 years' experience in the construction industry, Rachel brings a wide range of skills to Metisplan. Rachel is a diligent, organised, and adaptable professional who brings contagious enthusiasm to any group. A pragmatic self-starter and a galvanised team player, she is able to connect and communicate within her teams and with clients. Rachel has extensive experience working on Hospitals and Residential projects, and has worked on projects with a value of up to $1.4bn. Her proven democratic leadership style has contributed to excellent results on both large and small-scale schemes, both domestic and international. Rachel has recent experience of detailed programme planning for projects from Tender through to Construction Completion, including Design & Procurement. She has had responsibility for the planning of numerous concurrently running Distribution Centres across the UK. She has also been responsible for logistics plans and prelim books at tender stage, fortnightly progress reporting, recovery & forecast programmes, and liaison with Sub Contractors.

Richard Coldron
