Andrew Benoit is a senior global operations and supply chain executive who has built and managed global sourcing, inventory planning and procurement, quality, supply chain planning, operations engineering and customer service functions. He has also directly managed merchandising, finance, technology and HR. My career spans 15 years in general management and advisory roles with a focus on operations, product development, finance and technology. I've worked in several different industries for start-up, small, medium and large global organizations. I have extensive experience in B2C and B2B commerce. The companies that I've worked in and led have a few common threads: exceptional customer focus, high quality products or services, high brand equity and strong profitability. Over the last six years I've worked in C-level roles focused on designing growth strategies and building the organizational structures to support them. Prior to founding A. Benoit & Company, I spent my early career at a top tier investment bank. From 2003-2009 I worked in several finance and operational roles for a best-in-class multi-billion dollar industrial supplier. In 2010 I joined a cataloger and e-commerce retailer in the gift space as Chief Operating Officer. I helped grow that company profitably three times faster than the industry. In 2012 I became the Chief Operating Officer at a consumer products start-up. I led that company from a 12 person pre-launch start-up focused on B2C e-commerce to a successful multi-channel company distributed globally. I also studied abroad at Oxford University. I'm a proud Jersey City, NJ resident. My side interests include photography, travel (60 countries and counting), cooking, and cycling.
