For over 30 years, I have collaborated with clients to address work/life balance; stress management; relationship challenges; midlife adjustment; parenting and caretaking issues; depression, anxiety and excessive guilt. In addition to my clinical and supervisory practice in Newton Center, I taught for 10 years in the postgraduate training program at the Boston Institute for Psychotherapy (BIP), co-leading an observed therapy group with Scott Rutan. I am the group consultant to the staff at the Brookline Community Mental Health Center and co-lead an observed therapy group there. I teach group therapy to residents in psychiatry at McLean Hospital, am on the training faculty for the Northeastern Society for Psychotherapy (NSGP), and taught for ten years at Boston College.
