Raised in the destination city, Santa Barbara, California, Leslie is passionate about the spa and wellness industries. She is well versed in various massage modalities and aesthetic procedures. Leslie participates in the creation of spa projects throughout the globe; ranging from luxury boutique hotel spas, destination, resort and medical spas in the Americas, Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. This international experience provides her with a distinct and diverse understanding of spa services, operations and management. Raoul Andrews Sudre, considered among the most influential spa experts worldwide, is a specialist in the conceptualization, design, and management of customized destination spas in luxury hotels. Raoul possesses over fifty years of experience in the field of hospitality and spa consulting. Born in Morocco, with a French father and Hungarian Mother, Raoul developed a strong understanding of varying cultural sensitivities at a young age. After graduating from the Cornell University Hotel Management program, Mr. Andrews Sudre joined the Cornell University staff, ultimately, launching his hospitality consulting career. The notable clients spanning his career are the Ministries of Tourism of France, Morocco, Tunisia, Brazil, Mexico and Nicaragua and major corporations such as the Ritz Carlton, Bulgari, Four Seasons, Accor, and Omni. Raoul has written numerous industry related articles and been featured in countless editorials. He continues to contribute as a speaker for many of the international spa forums and conferences. A combined experience in martial arts, spa treatments, and alternative medicines give him a holistic industry perspective.
