BROWNS FERRY CROSSING HOA

This is not a tough job folks! We have a very good HOA management company that does the real work. The board meets once a month for about an hour to review budgets and conduct any new business. The board also oversees our management company to make sure they are maintaining our budget, paying bills, collecting dues, club house rentals and repairs, pool maintenance, landscaping and whatever else the neighborhood directs them to do... Need neighbors (at least three) to solicit neighbors to volunteer to become board members for this year's vote on the BFC HOA Board in November. Our board is made up of three board seats, which are two year positions.
