BLOESEM CHOCOLATE

Our passion for gourmet chocolate is embedded in our Belgian taste buds. Bloesem Chocolate was born in 2017, driven by our proud heritage and passion to introduce the true ambassadors of Belgium to the world.a... During a trip to a small cacao-producing village on Sumatra Island, Indonesia called Ketambe, we were captured by the cacao trees that were dotted around the entire village. The trees were blooming, with the intricate and delicate cacao flower hanging elegantly along the branches. With this being the beginning of chocolate making, we adopted the Flemish word for flower blossom, "Bloesem", as the centerpiece of our brand.
