Shana Frey

Shana Frey has over 15 years of experience in Telecommunications, Contact Center Implementations and IT Project Management, beginning with an Internet startup where she started as a Facilities Project Manager in 1996. She was introduced to telecommunications when she was asked to help manage the purchase and implementation of a new PBX while also managing a space buildout and a move into a new facility. She took to the telecommunications field like a fish to water, and within a short time was the Telecommunications Manager for this Internet startup, leading the telecommunications activity as the company grew to 33 offices and 3 call centers. Shana has also managed a technical support team that supported over 40,000 business customers, so she truly understands the needs of a contact center. Shana's experience includes implementations with Siemens, Avaya and Cisco VoIP solutions.
