HOMESTEAD

So, we started from scratch, we created a family farmstead that provides 100% of our protein from goats and rabbits, all the honey we can eat and most of the vegetables we need during the growing season... It's a way of life. We changed the way we live, slowed down and caught our breath. We became more resilient, day by day, one skill at a time... We began to realize that society was changing... the very fabric of what America was to us, the relationships we had with our neighbors, our jobs, the economy and even the very food that we eat each and every day was changing in ways we really had no control over.
