Hub Power Services Limited (the "Company") was incorporated in Pakistan on March 26, 2015 as a public limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (the "Ordinance"). The registered office of the Company is situated at 11th floor Ocean Tower, G-3, Block 9, Main Clifton Road, Karachi. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Hub Power Company Limited (the "holding company"). The principal business activity of the Company is to manage Operation and Maintenance ("O&M") of power plants.
