I MANAGE - Key Persons

James has worked in the commercial property industry for 5 years, qualifying with Savills in 2009. His field of expertise is commercial asset management, corporate management, property management and commercial agency. This experience has ensured a diverse and adaptable skills set. James has recently served on operational service with the TA in Afghanistan for 7 months attached to the Household Cavalry Regiment. He was employed as a Liaison Officer working with the Danish Army, responsible for planning operations against the insurgency. Since his return in early 2011, he has been working with i Manage Property on various instructions, mainly a service charge consultancy contract with a corporate client. James also manages a small portfolio of commercial buildings across SE England.

Joel has worked in the commercial property industry for over 18 years. His Construction and Facilities background has given him a different skill-set and approach to managing commercial property. He started his career with WS Atkins and then following a years sabbatical to study law, he went on to Savills in 2002. In 2007 Joel set up i-Manage Property and has worked for a variety of clients since. These have ranged from large corporates such as BP, National Grid to smaller investors. Joel has become a specialist in service charges and has a proven track record for reviewing, restructuring and implementing cost reductions across a diverse range of property types.
