Palmarium Properties is a property company comprising of two main businesses: Palmarium Developments Ltd; Palmarium Land & Property Ltd. Whereas Palmarium Developments Ltd handles the sourcing, acquisition and planning of land and property, as well as the construction of new builds that we bring to market, Palmarium Land & Property Ltd handles the rental arm of the business, which includes land ownership and rental assets... Palmarium Properties was created because our managing directors Gary Barker and Angela Webber saw a gap in the market for high-quality yet affordable rentals that would appeal to the mass market. Believing that everybody should have a home they love, we have been successfully renting out and managing outstanding houses, flats, apartments and bungalows for over 10 years, having recently set up Palmarium Land & Property Ltd to take care of this side of the business.
