PHIL SILVESTER CONSULTANCY

In 2006 Phil became one of the first 67 National Leaders in Education (NLEs), in 2007 Phil became a Winston Churchill Memorial Trust Travelling Fellow and in 2008 he was awarded a CBE by HM the Queen. Since 2000, Phil has successfully combined his role as head teacher with a growing portfolio of commissions providing consultancy for schools, academies, MATs, LAs and government agencies in the UK and beyond (as an External Adviser, NPQH Tutor, NLE, OfSTED Inspector, SIP etc.). In 2008 Phil emigrated to France to fulfil a life-long dream and launch a successful tourism business with his wife; he returned to live in north Dorset in 2018. Phil continues to work on consultancy projects, in the UK and abroad for 3-4 months a year. Using a coaching and evidence-led approach, Phil delivers high quality, sustainable outcomes.
