Brian Gallagher

Brian brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience. He is a certified John Maxwell Team coach, trainer, and speaker. He has served in executive level marketing and sales leadership positions with industry-leading architecture, engineering, construction and manufacturing organizations. He frequently writes and speaks on marketing, business development, talent management, organizational development, communications, and leadership topics. He has co-authored Leading With Marketing and Building Business with Social Media. Gallagher holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Towson University and an M.B.A. from Loyola College. He also completed the Creating Corporate Advantage Executive Education Program at Harvard University. Gallagher served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Loyola College. He has held leadership roles with the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), the American Concrete Institute (ACI), the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI), the Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program, and other organizations. He also is a member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS).

Lauren Gallagher

For many years, Lauren has worked with a wide range of clients to improve their speech and communication skills and abilities. She founded Dynamic Speech Language & Therapy Services to provide specialized programs to meet individual client needs. In addition to her private clients, she works with public and private schools, and specialized care centers. Lauren also offers coaching services to her clients and their families, as well as coaching for businesses, organizations and non-profits. She hold bachelors and masters degrees in speech language pathology from Towson University in Maryland. Lauren is a member of the American Speech and Language Associations, and is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina and Maryland. She is a certified John Maxwell Team coach, trainer and speaker.
