I opened SBAY, Inc. in order to provide small businesses with a more affordable way to receive accounting, payroll, and tax preparation services. When the opportunity presented itself, I entered into the venture with no reservations. My clients will tell you that I am not the "typical" CPA because I am friendly and engaging. I love accounting and working with people. I am hands on in all aspects and I know without my clients, I wouldn't have a business... In my spare time I like to ride my Harley Davidson Tri-Glide Ultra in the mountains... Prepare and submit electronically all federal and state payroll tax payments and forms per required filing status
