Dan Hunter, a founder of SSS, received his PhD from the University of Colorado with emphasis on control systems, and has over 35 years experience in developing and launching products in the consumer products arena. 25 of those years were focused on storage devices including Hard Disk Drives, Optical Drives and Tape Drives. His product diversity ranges from storage devices to digitizers to modernizing tool functionality and across the design spectrum to control systems (environmental and industrial) to reverse engineering products and scientific remote instrumentation. This wide range of expertise is applied to all projects that are taken on by SSS and provides more "out of the box" thinking than what you may find with other design/development firms.
