As a recent three-year graduate from Business - Marketing at Confederation College, Kathleen decided to build her own marketing agency in early 2016. She began providing freelance marketing work which included hand-drawn logos that she also digitally enhanced. Her ambition to create and design makes her the go-to person for social media content. Kathleen has an extensive background in sales and marketing from previous positions. She loves listening to her metal music while enjoying the company of her five cats.

After his internship with a national non-profit organization, Zach decided to venture into the for-profit side of business in early 2016. His experience in project management and marketing gives him a variety of skills to utilize in creating a brand. He ensures every aspect of a project is consistent and fluent in communicating the clients' message. Before developing Vital Marketing, Zach worked as an event coordinator with the Canadian Diabetes Association, where he oversaw numerous projects and events. Zach enjoys searching for the perfect cheeseburger and likes his coffees "double double".
