Throughout his career, Sean has been on the forefront of Technical Consulting creativity building and leading Technical Enterprise Sales, Account Management and Delivery Services Organizations to provide his customers with the right fit solutions and to address their various Technology Consulting and Solution Offerings needs
Doug joined Vital Tech Solutions as operations director in the fall of 2021 after many years as a leader in the Talent Supply Chain Management and health insurance industries. His experience with building and leading teams, process improvement, and customer relationship management helps the VTS Staffing team focus on providing the highest level of service to their clinical team members and customers. When he's not working, Doug enjoys craft beer, walking his dog and spending time with friends and family at home on the lake.
Melissa is the Recruiting Manager and has a strong background in IT and Engineering Recruiting along with Account Management experience developing and executing recruiting / business plans within both agency and in-house settings and has been in the industry since 2009. Melissa has been successful in managing all phases of full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and screening through offer negotiations, placement, and onboarding. Outside of work, Melissa is active in the community with Rotary and coaching soccer and basketball.
Kristi graduated from Northwood University with an Accounting degree. She worked as a public accountant for a few years prior to joining Vital Tech Solutions in 2019 as an accountant & HR specialist.
A nurse by trade, and an entrepreneur at heart, Chuck's vision has carried companies in industries as varied as healthcare staffing, telehealth, and even the food service industry. His commitment to excellence is evident at Vital Tech Solutions, and he is proud to surround himself with the best leadership possible. When not working, Chuck loves spending time with his lovely wife and 3 girls.

Adam joined Vital Tech Solutions in September 2022 as a Senior Technical Recruiter. After leaving active- duty service in the U.S. Army, he began a career in the Talent Acquisition industry in 2017. Adam possesses a strong background in full life-cycle Engineering, IT and Professional recruiting coupled with strong client/account management experience with several Fortune 100 companies. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Kristen joined the Vital Tech Solutions team as an Operations Specialist in March of 2022 bringing years of leadership and professional development experience to the team. Her attention to detail and results driven attitude helps to support the team in providing the very best customer care. In her spare time she enjoys being with her husband and their 3 children and during the summer you will usually find her camping or out on the lake with friends.
