Eric Davis

Eric Davis has 20+ years of operational experience from fast growing start-ups to the Fortune 5. His focus for the last 15 years has been exclusively in healthcare, helping to untangle the challenges companies face to transform the cost and method of delivery. Eric specializes in transitioning strategic visions into operational realities. He has extensive experience in organizational design and sales operations. Eric holds a BS and MBA from Texas Christian University and remains close to the university as a member of the EMBA Alumni Advisory board.

George C. Fassett

George C. Fassett, Jr. has 22 years of entrepreneurial business experience. He holds a technology based U.S. Patent, a Masters in Business from Texas Christian University, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from Texas Christian University. George works directly with C-level owners and executives along with technology experts in coordinating, implementing and evaluating the progress of integration of business technology and data security systems, including hardware, software, antivirus, spyware, and cloud-based services. George's business leadership includes collaborating relationships with civic, business and non-profit organizations to improve business processes and technology and implement time and money saving solutions.

Trey McKeithan - President

Trey McKeithan has been in the Med Gas industry for 7+ years, where he has developed a reputation for patient safety, customer service, and flexibility. Trey's customers have come to appreciate that he is easy to do business with and works with their on-site teams to correct any issues in order to be code compliant. Trey apprenticed and was licensed as a Verifier and Certifier, earning his 6020 and 6030 certifications which he promptly employed as a project leader in hundreds of customer engagements over the last 5 years. ZMG is Trey's second entrepreneurial venture. After several successful years in commercial property management, Trey went back to work for others in order to learn the med gas industry. He took the opportunity to learn and gain experience, but he quickly realized that others don't share his vision of a customer-centric organization that is both the vendor of choice and employer of choice. He is building a company that focuses on the needs of contractors and appreciates the challenges of bringing a job in on-time and under budget.
