Andrew is an experienced Executive Director with expertise in customer behaviour and data driven marketing.
With a 10 year career in strategic consulting, Andrew has helped many leadership teams and their organisations improve business performance. His work has included highly regulated markets, consumer protection, and regulatory development.
Previously Andrew was at UCAS holding several roles, including Director of Marketing and Customer, and Director of UCAS Media during the formative years of the ‘HE Market' as both data and marketing rose in importance.

Mark is an experienced Executive Director with expertise in data strategy and innovation.
With 20 years at the forefront of developments in data and higher education, Mark has helped organisations to use data both to set strategy and achieve objectives. Prior to founding dataHE, Mark was Director of Analysis and Research at UCAS where he built a data science capability innovating across products and services, for both public and commercial value. Previously Mark has worked for HEFCE, OFFA and central Government, and has degrees in spatial statistics and chemistry.
Matt joined us in March 2018 is an experienced analysis professional, expert in HE data. He ensures our universities get the right results from each project, making it easy to work with us.
Jason joined us in January 2020 and monitors and adapts our analysis to give the best quality results for each project, and has responsibility for continuous support for some of our partner universities.
Joe joined us in October 2019 and runs and adapts our products for each project so they give high quality results each time. He has responsibility for continuous support for some of our partner universities.
Lucia joined us in January 2022 after completing a Master's degree in Advanced Mathematics and Mathematical Engineering. She helps ensure that our analysis is high quality and responds to different projects.
