Claire is Principal Events Officer for Dundee City Council, leading the events team in City Development. She chairs Dundee's event Safety Advisory Group and the Festivals and Events Coordinating Group, and sits on the Event Industry Advisory Group to Scottish Government. Previously Claire worked in live performance as a theatre and creative producer and consultant. She is a previous director and Chair of Creative Dundee and is currently a trustee of the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh, and is on the Advisory Board to the performing arts course at Dundee & Angus College.

Esther has more than 20 years' experience as a Chair and Non-Executive Director in organisations from small and medium sized charities to large national public bodies.
