Claire is Principal Events Officer for Dundee City Council, leading the events team in City Development. She chairs Dundee's event Safety Advisory Group and the Festivals and Events Coordinating Group, and sits on the Event Industry Advisory Group to Scottish Government. Previously Claire worked in live performance as a theatre and creative producer and consultant. She is a previous director and Chair of Creative Dundee and is currently a trustee of the Royal Lyceum Theatre in Edinburgh, and is on the Advisory Board to the performing arts course at Dundee & Angus College.
Esther has more than 20 years' experience as a Chair and Non-Executive Director in organisations from small and medium sized charities to large national public bodies. These posts have included Chair of NHS Lothian, Senior Governor at the University of Aberdeen Chair of NHS 24, Chair of NHS Fife, and Chair of the Independent Review of the Regulation of Legal Services. Esther also chaired the Edinburgh International Children's Theatre Festival, now Imaginate, for three years.

Gary has a strong knowledge and experience of the Third Sector through volunteering in a Non-Executive Directorship capacity spanning circa 20 years. This includes former Non-Executive Director of Pitlochry Festival Theatre (PFT), including Chair of PFT's Internal Audit and Review Committee, former Chair of Dunfermline Children's Gala, former Non-Executive Director and Chair of Play Scotland, former Non-Executive Director and Chair of Depression Alliance Scotland and former Non-Executive Director and Vice-Chair of Care and Repair Edinburgh. He worked for 42 years in the Scottish Civil and Public Sector, latter at Director level with Historic Environment Scotland, having also worked for the Scottish Government and The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh as Head of HR.

Geoffrey is Director of the Faculty of Business,Enterprise and Tourism with Supported Programmes at Fife College. He has extentsive experience of education, housing and the governance of Third Sector organisations. He is also a non-executive Director of Trust in Fife, a homeless charity based in Kirkcaldy.

Katie is currently Director of Libraries and Museums at St Andrews University. She has had a career as a museum curator including at the British Museum and National Museum of American History in Washington and has strong culture and heritage experience and a focus on digitisation.

Lynn is a Fife Council appointee to the FCT Board being a Councillor for Glenrothes North, Leslie and Markinch. Her background is in Further Education having spent several years working as a Lecturer in Computing at Glenrothes College (now Fife) then 20 years at Kirkland High School and Community College, latterly as Senior Tutor managing the adult education provision.

Paul trained as an actor and pursued a career on stage and screen before moving into business development working for agencies in London, Dundee and Edinburgh. Paul now works as part of the team at Fife Chamber of Commerce.

Steve was previously a member of the senior management team at OnFife on an interim basis and is currently Director of Finance at Together for Children Sunderland Limited. His career has been in finance mostly as a consultant to public and third sector organisations.
