Over the last 30 years I have worked in the Charity Sector, mostly working in large health related charities and enjoyed every moment of it. Outside of work I like to spend time with family, friends and going on long walks.
Claire is a Senior healthcare professional with significant experience as an innovator and advisor for healthcare transformation and service improvement. Successes include the development, transformation and integration of a large community services with primary care within London.
As an experienced Healthcare professional, she has worked at Senior management and Board level. Claire is also a registered nurse with over 25 years' experience and an accredited mediator who can support workplace and commercial disputes.
Sue is a scientist and a lawyer and has spent her career in the healthcare sector working for both large pharmaceutical and small biotechnology companies. She has for the last six years been a trustee and chairman of Horder Healthcare and its hospitals in Crowborough and East Grinstead. She is a trustee of the Meningitis Research Foundation and a member of the London Central Research Ethics Committee. Sue and her family have lived for many years in the Tunbridge Wells area, where her husband was a GP.
Ed is currently Headmaster at Skinners' School in Tunbridge Wells. He went to school at Tonbridge and read Law at Trinity Hall, Cambridge, graduating in 1984.After two gap years and a year in journalism he went into teaching, working at the New Beacon in Sevenoaks, Wellington School, Somerset, Hampton School, where he ran the cricket and became Head of Sixth Form. He then moved onto Deputy Head at Reigate Grammar School, before moving to King's School, Tynemouth as Headmaster, and finally onto Skinners' in 2013. Over those years Ed has taught English, Latin, French, History and Politics, and has coached a lot of cricket, hockey and rugby. Ed is married to Susie and they live in Speldhurst, within walking distance of The George and Dragon and the cricket club. Both provide welcome respite from their two daughters, Molly and Ella who are both at Speldhurst Primary School.

Gary is the Senior Independent Director of GIB (UK) Ltd, Chairman of GAM London and an NED at Whitehelm UK. He was previously CEO of Whitehelm Capital, European Managing Director for First State Investments and CEO of Norwich Union Life. His early career was with McKinsey and Mercury Asset Management after studying at Cambridge University and INSEAD. He has lived in the Weald since 1991, with periods away in Yorkshire and Sydney.
I have worked as a nurse in various roles in palliative care for 23 years and love this specialty. I moved to Kent when I married my husband and have two sets of twins who are now grown up and married with children of their own. My family and spending time being a Granny outside of work is most important to me. I love gardening, cooking, swimming and walking my Labrador.

Born and raised in Kent. I have 5 children, and numerous pets, so always a houseful. I have worked and volunteered in the charitable sector for over 25 years. Most important to me is spending time with my family, we love exploring and discovering a good tea shop! Jo is a managing associate at Cripps LLP, specialising in commercial disputes and restructuring & insolvency. She has 15 years' experience and worked in the City before joining Cripps in 2010. She provides pragmatic commercial advice on a wide range of contentious matters to businesses and individuals, including restructuring & insolvency, intellectual property, and IT & technology contracts. Jo has lived with her family in Tunbridge Wells since 2006.

Originally from the West Country I have lived in Kent for 23 years and now live locally with my husband and a very fat cat called Boots. We have a grown-up daughter, Zoe. I have been fortunate to spend many years abroad and worked as a nurse in places as diverse as Bangladesh and the Caribbean. In my time off I like to cook, read, and occasionally get on my bike! If I hadn't been a nurse, I would have liked to have been a stand-up comedian or a music hall star.
Born in Pembury - works in Pembury, it's as if I've never left. When I'm not drawing up our latest comms and marketing plans, I enjoy my downtime in the great outdoors, exploring rivers, forests, and footpaths. If I'm not there you'll find me surrounded by cars or next to a rugby pitch, with a pint of something cold in my hand.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Linda moved into merchant banking with County Bank in London. She joined Barclays Investment Bank (then BZW) in 1985 and worked in Corporate Finance, Project Finance, Private Equity, Workout and Credit Risk. Linda became Head of Credit Risk for the Investment Bank in 2002 with a team of over 500 staff around the world. She chaired various Risk Committees for Barclays and was appointed a Vice Chairman of the Investment Bank in 2012. She retired in 2014 to spend more time with her 3 sons, her dogs and her golf club.
After an initial degree in Biochemistry Nick studied Medicine at Kings College Hospital. He then joined the GP vocational training scheme in Tunbridge Wells. After completing this Nick worked in Australia and New Zealand and then became a Partner at the Clanricarde Medical Centre where he was a full time GP for 30 years - retiring in 2013. He has a Diploma in Occupational Medicine, Diploma in Child Health, Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He is a Member of Royal College of General Practitioners. Nick is married to Deborah, who was also was a Partner at Clanricarde, and has two grown up children, one who is a GP in Gloucestershire and one a Biology teacher at a local Grammar school.
I started in Charity Retail nearly 20 years ago, starting off running my own shop and now we have over 30 shops. I am happily married with three grown up children, two granddaughters and a Labrador. In any spare time, I have, I love catching up with friends and family, having weekends away and enjoy scrapbooking.
I have worked in the charity sector for over 14 years with a particular interest and experience in patient and carer engagement, service development and collaborative partnership working. I am passionate about championing holistic, personalised, and meaningful support for people and thoroughly enjoy helping people to achieve their potential. Outside of work I love spending time with my young family, reading, writing, keeping active, music and playing netball.
Susan has over 20 years experience working in market and social research in both Edinburgh and London. Through this she has helped provide insight to a number of charities on the local, national and international level. Since 2016 she has been the Head of Research at the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) where she is on the senior leadership team. In this role she is responsible for CAF's research outputs which help inform the charity world and beyond. Originally from Edinburgh, Susan has lived in Tunbridge Wells since early 2016.
Suzanne currently manages large scale transformation programmes for IBM. Previously she negotiated and ran large-scale technology outsourcing contracts. Prior to IBM, Suzanne was a management consultant with PwC Consulting and Coopers & Lybrand covering strategy, change and cost management across public and private sectors. She has also worked in investment banking and in the chemical industry, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Suzanne has lived in Tunbridge Wells with her family since 2000.

A vocational paediatric nurse for over 20 years. Family is central to my life, and I am happiest when with my granddaughter, I enjoy organising events to spend time with family and friends. I relax in my garden tending to the plants or just with a good book on a sun lounger.
