Ian Cheesman

Ian has upwards of 20 years' experience in post occupancy operational management of buildings, covering all mechanical and electrical aspects of properties over their operational life. This experience includes initial construction handover, fit out co-ordination of engineering services, maintenance procurement and implementation, licence to alter, CAT A and CAT B fit out, acquisition due diligence, condition surveys, plant replacement and forward maintenance planning. Ian founded ICFM in 2010.

Ray Palmer

Ray has over twenty years' experience in building services engineering within both the private and public sector. He has gained valuable hands-on knowledge of operational engineering management, whole building life cycle management, re-commissioning and re-balancing of buildings HVAC systems, reverse engineering and optimising buildings engineering services. He continuously strives to give an efficient and comfortable environment to building owners and occupiers respectively.

Steve Pockett

Steve has more than 25 years' electrical engineering experience and brings with him valuable building services engineering design skills and strategies. Steve's building services design knowledge ranges from commercial building CAT A and CAT B fit out and educational facilities to technical engineering delivery in such environments as airports, hospitals, laboratories and data centres.
