Since 2006, Michael has consulted locally, nationally, and internationally at over 15 leadership conferences. He has also provided leadership and organizational coaching to VP's and Directors in industries including banking and financial services, entertainment and manufacturing.

His project experience includes roles as an Organizational and Leadership Development Consultant for The Guild, an Executive Leadership Coach for CUSTOMatrix and the Center for Creative Leadership as well as a Leadership Conference Staff Consultant for the University of San Diego and the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
