Chad A. McCollester is a 1997 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business. He joined the Firstar Farm Management Division of Firstar Bank, N.A.in December, 1997, and subsequently formed Agri-Valley Farm Management, LLC on May 10, 2000.
Born and raised on a family farm near Silver City, Iowa in Mills County, Chad learned the responsibilities necessary to become a successful entrepreneur and is still actively involved in his family's farming operation today, which consists of 1200 acres of cropland. Chad believes that his close involvement in his family's farming operation allows him to bring intangibles to the table in the farm management business. This involvement in the "grass roots" level of American agriculture allows him to stay in touch with the difficulties that present themselves to today's American farmer and landowner.
Agri-Valley Farm Management, LLC believes that the cornerstone for a good business relationship revolves around good communication skills, and timely responses to the needs of our clientele. Chad is a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce, the Council Bluffs Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Committee, and a member of the Mills County Fair Board.
