We offer psychiatry and psychotherapy to our patients in over 300 plus facilities, as well as telepsych for individual patients all over Florida. We are a team of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Psychologists, Counselors/Therapists, and our Triple Board-Certified Psychiatrist - Dr. Parikshit Deshmukh... We understand it can be difficult to get to an office for appointments; that's why we provide psychiatry and therapy services from the comfort of your own home... For Health Care Operations​: We may use and disclose PHI for our health care operations. For example, we may use PHI for our general business management activities, for checking on the performance of our staff in caring for you, for our cost-management activities, for audits, or to get legal services. We may give PHI to other health care entities for their health care operations, for example, to your health insurer for its quality review purposes.
