Brad has over 30 years of finance experience working with CBA throughout his career. After beginning in retail through to personal lending and management, his career progressed to the commercial world of SME and Corporate, with the last 16 years as a Private Banker looking after high - net worth clients. With this background and tenure in the industry, he has a vast amount of knowledge and practical experience across consumer and commercial lending coupled with relationship skills honed over his career. After joining Distinctive Finance in March 2022, the satisfaction of assisting clients remains a constant theme for Brad. "I truly enjoy the privilege of clients inviting us into their world to seek our advice with their financial goals. Moreover, feel accomplishment in finding them the best solution." Brad resides on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, is married to Nicole and has two children, Daniel and Aidan. He supports Manly - Warringah and enjoys walking, gardening and surfing from time to time.

Christian has a career spanning more than 25 years. He has worked for NAB, CBA, St George and BOQ. Christian's professional life began as a teller before moving into a plethora of fields including Personal and Private Banking, Directorships, State Management positions and national roles as Head of Banking.

With over 15 years of experience in finance as a Private Banker, Branch Manager, Business Development Manager and Mobile Banker, Leighton brings knowledge, big picture thinking and tenacity to Distinctive Finance clients.

With an international finance and casino career spanning over three decades, Mark certainly brings a diverse array of experience to the Distinctive Finance team. From his early days with ANZ, to a period in the casino business overseas, Mark has most recently spent the past 12 years creating trusted partnerships in the role of Private Client Manager with both ANZ and NAB private banks.

Mitchell's career in finance began some 17 years ago, having worked for major banks NAB, ANZ, St.George, and Westpac. His passion for helping clients started when he secured his first banking role as a teller with NAB before advancing to a relationship role within the business banking division not long after. In 2008, Mitchell relocated to NAB Asia as a Private Banker. He spent six years in Singapore, supporting his private clients throughout South East Asia, before returning to Australia to join BT Financial Group. "My true passion is in helping others, both personally and professionally. I have a deep understanding of the finance industry and know how pivotal it is for clients to have a trusted finance representative by their side. Joining Distinctive Finance allows me to put the client first. I look forward to continuing to build long and lasting relationships." Mitchell is married to Karen with three daughters, Georgina, Imogen, and Olivia. He can recite every song on Frozen and loves spending time with his family and friends. He'll watch any live sport and passionately supports Australia in any capacity.

Wayne's experience in the finance industry is second to none. NAB, CBA, St George, Westpac & BT Financial Group collectively amount to over 40 years in tenure. During this vast expanse, he has established many life-long relationships with a diverse range of people including Heads of Industry; CEO's; lawyers; politicians and sporting figures to name a few. Wayne commenced his career in finance as a Bank teller whilst completing his business degree at university. He progressed into an array of personal banking roles including lending, settlements and branch management. However, it was the private banking field that he appreciated the most and excelled. "For the past 20 years I have been involved in the establishment, staff recruitment, operational, business development and high-level management of Private Banks. I understand what clients want from a Bank; I have built relationships with individuals within all institutions whom I would confidentially trust with their custom. I want them to be comfortable with any decisions that would impact their world." Wayne has been married to Sue for 40 years and regardless of his career achievements, it is this relationship that he is most proud.
