Alessandra Mollica has a background in arts and graphic design.
While doing her studies she worked in her family's bakery and became an experienced baker and maƮtre p tissier.
Her knowledge of arts led her to appreciate the value of artisanship and unique creations, which she transferred into her everyday work.
Alessandra's philosophy is that "creativity, time and top-quality ingredients are the secret to every good recipe".
Marco De Biase is an anthropologist and writer of two books on italian migration and mafia.
He moved to Belgium in 2011 to conduct a study on the role of mafia practices in the agro-alimentary sector.
Since very young, Marco has been actively engaged in the struggle against mafia and as a founder of domenica he makes sure that our partners comply with our strict ethical policy!
