Our objective is to offer unique and attractive oil and gas investment opportunities with high quality minerals, royalties and non-op or "working interest" positions with future upside potential. We have a long-term view primarily focused on assets in core areas of the Powder River Basin, Permian Basin and Williston Basin, along with other opportunistic plays. We acquire and manage minerals, royalties and non-op assets in 17 different states with a longstanding history throughout the oil patch.
