Minus: Mr. Wells got kind of testy with me via email when I did not accept an appt time to do the job between 7:30 and 8:00 AM - When I told him 9:00 AM worked better for me, he stated that, "My people can't just wait around for two hours." I didn't think he was flexible at all. It was a knee-jerk reaction. I have never dealt with a company owner or customer rep. that didn't coordinate with me on appt times that fit into my schedule. The customer is supposed to come first! Overall, I think a 3 star rating is fair. read less - 9/11/2022
