Alicia Bellido Prichard

Alicia brings 30 years of blood banking experience to OneBlood and is responsible for the manufacturing, distribution and transportation of blood products, as well as for the operations of laboratories and supply chain. She has led projects as the Sr. VP of OneBlood including lean manufacturing process for whole blood and platelets, optimization of blood bags across the system, and most recently sponsored the development and implementation of the Anti-SARS CoV-2 antibody test at the OneBlood Orlando Molecular Lab. She has held executive level operating posts at other blood centers throughout Florida including, Director of Quality Assurance, Vice President of Laboratory Services and Director of Reference Laboratory. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Laboratory Sciences from Florida International University and her Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Alicia is a Specialist in Blood Banking (ASCP), is a Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ). She is a member of AABB, and has served as a voluntary assessor for the AABB Accreditation Program for 10 years. She is a past president of the Florida Association of Blood Banks (FABB) and currently she serves as the Vice-Chair for the Mother's Milk Bank of Florida.

Andrew C. Herman

Andrew C. Herman, M.D. is the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital and Jeff Gordon Children's Center in North Carolina. Doctor Herman is Associate Professor of Neonatology and has been with Atrium Health (formerly Carolinas HealthCare System) in Charlotte, North Carolina since 2004. His appreciation for a ready blood supply for patients became personal in August of 2017 when he was involved in a serious bicycle accident and required multiple blood transfusions due to injuries he sustained. He knows the vital role blood donors played in saving his life and is passionate about encouraging blood donations. Doctor Herman completed his undergraduate degree at Indiana University, received his medical degree from Saint Louis University followed by a residency in Pediatrics and fellowship in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at the University of Virginia.

Carl Peers

As the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Carl is responsible for OneBlood's people strategy ensuring we are hiring the right people for the right positions, giving them the proper training to be successful and helping create pathways to career growth opportunities within the organization for our team members. His innovative and cutting-edge approaches to hiring and training provide an enhanced experience for team members. Carl brings more than 17 years of experience as a human resources professional. Prior to joining OneBlood, Carl was globally responsible for Learning at Hertz Corporation and was a member of the Hertz Global HR Senior Leadership team. In addition to his training responsibilities he led significant HR projects on topics such as On-boarding and Performance Management. Carl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, is a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional and is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.

George "Bud" Scholl - CEO, President

As President and Chief Executive Officer of OneBlood, George "Bud" Scholl brings diverse experience and knowledge to the organization from positions as a healthcare executive, entrepreneur, developer, technology expert, asset manager and turnaround specialist. Prior to the OneBlood merger, Bud served as chief executive officer of Community Blood Centers of Florida, a position he assumed after serving on the board of directors for ten years. An entrepreneur for more than thirty years, Bud developed a landmark mixed-use medical office building in Coral Gables. His other real estate projects include medical office buildings in south Broward and Miami-Dade counties. He spearheaded the successful turnaround of a number of distressed assets and was a founder and top executive at Beach Bank, a community commercial bank, until its sale eight years after it was founded. Bud is a graduate of the University of Florida and holds an engineering degree in computer science.

JB Bowles

As Senior Vice President, Business Development, JB Bowles works closely with existing hospital partners and leads efforts to strategically grow business opportunities with additional hospitals. JB brings demonstrated success working in the hospital and health care industry as well as strong background in operations, team building and program management to OneBlood. Prior to his blood banking career, JB spent 22 years in the military before retiring as a Commander and Operations Officer for the United States Army where he served as a maintenance test pilot of Apache Helicopters. JB earned his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern New Mexico University and holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University in Florida.

Jeremy P Miller

Jeremy Miller is a Senior Vice President with Arthur J. Gallagher (NYSE: AJG), one of the top insurance, risk management, and employee benefits brokerage firms in the world. In this role, Jeremy is responsible for originating and retaining client relationships, identifying and articulating unique client objectives, maintaining performance accountability, and maintaining community stewardship. OneBlood is an organization that is near and dear to Jeremy's heart. In 1997, Jeremy was involved in a terrible vehicle accident that nearly cost him his life. In the absence of the local, independent blood bank's outreach efforts to maintain adequate blood supplies, the surgery that saved Jeremy's life would not have been possible. This experience has cemented Jeremy's support and commitment to independent blood banks ever since. Jeremy is an active leader in communities throughout Florida. He is involved in such initiatives as Leadership Florida, Leadership Jacksonville, the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce, Access Church, and the OneBlood Board of Directors. Jeremy received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Georgia and holds a FL General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance (2-20) license, an Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. He also holds the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation and a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation. Jeremy's specialties are vast in his trade as a Commercial Insurance Broker and Risk Management Consultant in that he focuses predominantly on the Healthcare, Real Estate, Non-Profit, Hospitality, and Construction industries nationally.

John "Buz" Windham

John F. "Buz" Windham retired from the active practice of law after 38 years. He was a senior partner at the law firm Beggs & Lane and specialized in workers' compensation and related complex litigation, was a frequent speaker at national workers' compensation seminars and published a workers' compensation newsletter for over 25 years. In his retirement he is able to spend more time with his grandchildren and his volunteer work. Buz is an active leader of professional associations and community organizations. After 10 years of volunteer work he became chapter chairman of the American Red Cross and has served the American Cancer Society on the local, state and national levels since 1976, becoming state chairman of

John E. Murphy

John Murphy is the recently retired Chief Financial Officer who formerly held responsibility for all financial aspects of OneBlood, as well as communications and public relations facilities, fleet and procurement. John now serves a strategic role as Executive Vice President, Corporate Administration and also serves as President of the OneBlood Foundation. Additionally, he holds board positions for the company's investment arm, OBF Investments, LLC and its software joint venture, ARC-One Solutions, LLC. Prior to OneBlood, John was a leader at Darden Restaurants, Inc. where he rose to the position of senior vice president with assignments in finance, real estate development, purchasing and distribution, information technology and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as a consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co., specializing in healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality and state and local government. His community involvement includes an 11-year term on the Health Central Hospital Board of Trustees, where he also served as chair. In July 2013 he was appointed by Florida Governor Rick Scott to serve as a Trustee of the West Orange Healthcare District and he continues to serve on the board of that organization. John is a Certified Public Accountant and received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of South Florida.

Judy Smith - Treasurer

As Senior Vice President, Quality & Regulatory Affairs, Judy Smith is responsible for directing the overall quality and regulatory programs as defined by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other accrediting/regulatory agencies. Responsibilities include the implementation of quality policies, procedures, assessments and reviews of the quality practices related to safe and compliant collection and transfusion practices. Prior to the merger, Judy led the Quality Department for Florida Blood Services. Before joining Florida Blood Services, Judy was quality assurance director at Manatee Community Blood Center and served a Manatee County HCA hospital in the Transfusion Service Department. Active with the regional American Society of Quality (ASQ) organization, Judy has served as treasurer and is a current section chair. She has also served in leadership positions for the Florida Association of Blood Banks (FABB), including acting president for the 2007-2008 year. Judy holds a bachelor's degree as a clinical laboratory scientist, an MBA and a doctorate in management and organizational leadership. She is certified as a specialist in blood banking (SBB), manager of quality/organizational excellence, quality auditor and a six sigma black belt (ASQ).

Lance Reed - COO, EVP

Lance Reed is chief operating officer with responsibility for recruitment and collections, biologics manufacturing and distribution and project management office. Lance has been with OneBlood since inception and brings more than 15 years of blood banking experience. Prior to the OneBlood merger, Lance was chief information officer for Community Blood Centers of Florida, where he led a team in developing a FDA-approved regulated software system that supports the organization's entire supply chain. Lance is also responsible for Clinical Discovery Institute, a OneBlood division focused on acquiring biospecimens used in clinical research. Lance led the creation of a joint venture with the American Red Cross, called ARC-One Solutions, LLC. The new company will jointly develop and maintain FDA-approved blood establishment control software. Lance previously held positions as a corporate consultant on technology, marketing, and business strategy solutions. Lance is a member of the board of directors for Adopt a Classroom and ARC-One Solutions, LLC. He also is a member of the South Florida CIO Council and South Florida Health Information Exchange. Lance holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte.

Martin Grable

As Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of OneBlood, Martin Grable is responsible for all financial aspects of the organization as well as communications and public relations, facilities, fleet and procurement. Prior to joining OneBlood, Martin was President and CEO of Community Blood Center of the Carolinas for more than 15 years. Martin served on the Board of Directors for America's Blood Centers for 10 years. During his tenure on the board he held several leadership roles including, treasurer, vice president, president and currently past president. Other industry involvement includes membership in AABB where he has served on several committees, including the Nominations Committee. Prior to his work in the blood industry, Martin co-founded and was President and CEO of Matrix Absence Management, Inc. Matrix was the marketplace leader in the integration and administration of absence related benefit programs for more than 160 client corporations, including 35 of the 50 largest public companies in California and nearly 30% of the Fortune 100 companies in the United States. Matrix was acquired by Delphi Financial Group, Inc. in July 1998. Other community involvement includes, serving for ten years on the Technical Advisory Board of Lifeshare of the Carolinas. He is also a Senior Fellow of the American Leadership Forum. Martin is a graduate of the University of Kansas and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and political science. He also studied at the Kennedy School of Government and the Business School at Harvard, as well as the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Michael De Lucca - CEO, President, Treasurer

Mr. De Lucca serves as President and CEO of Broward Regional Health Planning Council, Inc., a dynamic agency that works with the public and private leadership in the South Florida region. The Council's Health Data Warehouse has been recognized as an innovative health data dissemination model by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Mr. De Lucca takes an active approach to community involvement, serving on various boards and committees in the South Florida region. Among his many commitments, he serves as Chair for the Everglades Area Health Education Center (AHEC) and on the Executive Board of the Southeast Regional Domestic Security Task Force. Mr. De Lucca's achievements have earned him many recognition awards, including being named a member of the South Florida 100, 100 of South Florida's most influential people in government, politics and culture. He has also received the Caring Soul Award from International Health Initiatives, the Paths of Public Health Award for Health Policy and Management from Florida International University. Mr. De Lucca has over 28 years of experience in health care management and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida International University and Master's degree in Health Management from St. Thomas University.

Michael Rogers

He is responsible for strategic donor growth and retention, implementing new company initiatives, and donor services support. Prior to the OneBlood merger, Michael served as senior vice president of operations for Community Blood Centers of Florida. Before joining Community Blood Centers, Michael spent 11 years as a regional manager in the telecommunications industry. There he was responsible for a variety of functions including managing sales for retail locations from South Florida to South Georgia, administrative management and retail store construction. He is a member of the Palm Beach County School Board's Wellness Promotion Task Force and on the board of FABB. Michael earned his bachelor's degree from University of Florida in Gainesville.

Norma J. Sutton

Norma Sutton is a retired executive from SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories and Quest Diagnostics after a 33 year career. Her main responsibilities included buying, designing and building laboratories all over the United States and Europe. Her last project was for Clinical Laboratory Diagnostics and Clinical Trials development in Europe as Managing Director. She played an integral role in recruiting companies to Central Florida to be part of the Medical City development in the Lake Nona area. She assisted in identifying sites, building facilities and locating companies to the heart of this dynamic development. Norma is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology (dual major in Biology and Chemistry as well as graduate studies in business).

Ralph A. Aleman

Ralph A. Aleman retired from Citrus Memorial Hospital, Inverness, Florida, a 198-bed acute care system operated by HCA, where he held the position of President and CEO. He has over 30 years of healthcare executive leadership level experience in the healthcare field. Previously, Ralph was the principal of a healthcare consulting firm which consulted with a number of healthcare clients. Before starting his own consulting company, Ralph served as CEO of Hialeah Hospital in South Florida, an affiliate of Tenet Healthcare Systems, where he led this 378 bed, acute care hospital with a staff of 750 employees and 450 affiliated physicians. Prior to his Hialeah position, Ralph served as vice president of the Miami- Dade/Broward market for Tenet Healthcare Corporation. In this capacity, he provided operational leadership and strategic planning for a delivery system with five hospitals, 4,300 employees and 1,900 affiliated physicians. Ralph also served as district vice president of HCA Management, was CEO at Palmetto General Hospital, president and CEO for the Miami Heart Institute & Medical Center as well as Cedars Medical Center and the Victoria Hospital Partnership. He has been active in numerous community organizations in South Florida including the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society. He has served as trustee of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and has been actively involved in the South Florida Hospital and Healthcare Association, the United Way of Miami-Dade County and the Federation of American Hospitals. Ralph holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville. Rita Reik

Rita Reik is Chief Medical Officer for One Blood. In that role Dr. Reik oversees OneBlood's team of board-certified Transfusion Medicine physicians, and the operational areas of Therapeutic Apheresis, Education and Research. Dr. Reik also serves as Chief Medical Officer for America's Blood Centers, the national association which represents close to 50 independent US blood centers, which collect 60% of the nation's blood supply. She is Board Certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, as well as Blood Banking/Transfusion Medicine, and Forensic Pathology. Dr. Reik's past experience includes serving as Senior Medical Officer for the American Red Cross Biomedical Services at its National Headquarters in Washington, DC. She also held other Red Cross posts including Director of National Operations for the Center for Cell Therapy, and Chief Medical Officer of the Pacific Northwest Blood Services region. In addition, Dr. Reik served as Vice-Chairman of the Department of Pathology at Memorial Regional Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale Florida and was Director of Transfusion Medicine Services. Dr. Reik is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Medicine, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She received her post-graduate training at University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. She is a regional Principal Investigator for the NIH/NHLBI Transfusion-Transmissible Infectious Monitoring (REDS-III). She served on the ABC Interdisciplinary Task Force for Zika virus, and currently serves on the HHS Advisory Committee for Blood and Tissue Safety and Availability sub-committee focusing on disaster preparedness and the blood supply. She is a member of the national Microsoft Research Committee evaluating the use of COVID-19 Convalescent Plasma in treatment and prevention of COVID-19.

Scott Paul - CIO, SVP

Susan Forbes

As Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications and Public Relations for OneBlood, Susan Forbes leads all internal and external communications, media and public relations as well as corporate branding. Susan serves as the senior leader in creating innovative and groundbreaking communication and public relation initiatives that bring heightened awareness to the need for a ready and diverse blood supply. She has been recognized for creating a robust video storytelling program that puts our donors, team members, blood recipients and hospital partners in the spotlight. Susan is the Director and Executive Producer of the award winning documentary, Lifeline: The Untold Story of Saving the Pulse Survivors available on Amazon Prime Video. Lifeline is a groundbreaking production that details the vital role blood donors played in saving the lives of people injured in the Pulse nightclub tragedy that unfolded in Orlando. In addition to her role at OneBlood, Susan also serves as the Chairperson of the Public Awareness Committee for the blood banking industry. Susan is also a seasoned journalist having served as News Director at the CBS affiliate in Orlando and held reporting and news management positions at television stations in Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Connecticut. Susan earned her bachelor of arts in communications from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Tony Coley

Tony Coley is Regional President for the South Florida Region at Truist Financial Corporation and is the company's senior leader in the market responsible for delivering the full complement of the company's services to clients in the area and directing the commercial business. William Warren - VP

William Warren is a Vice President and leads a biotech unit (FluNXT) embedded within Sanofi to accelerate and focus on Next Generation Influenza Vaccine Projects such as the Broadly Protective Influenza Program (BPIV). Prior to this, he was CEO and co-founder of VaxDesign Corporation before it was acquired by Sanofi in 2010. Warren is also a co-founder of nScrypt Inc. a company that develops and manufactures 3D printing and bioprinting systems. He directed a diverse portfolio of R&D programs as a program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency where he helped initiate the field of bioprinting tissue engineered constructs. Warren was a Principal Member of the Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, and received his B.Sc. Honors and Ph.D. degrees in Engineering Science from The Pennsylvania State University, where his Ph.D. was awarded the best materials science thesis at the University. He is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering and a distinguished alumnus of the Pennsylvania State University, has authored over 200 referred publications, has one of the top cited papers in both the Journal of Applied Physics (top 20) and Applied Physics Letters (top 50), and over two dozen patents or patent applications. He has won several R&D awards, and several outstanding paper awards.

Yvonne Loggins-Coleman - President

Yvonne Loggins-Coleman is President of LCB International Consulting, a multifaceted company specializing in strategic cost saving business solutions, alternative health and senior care programs. She was formerly a banking executive with more than 30 years' experience and received top recognition in the financial services industry while working for Pittsburgh National and Barnett Banks. While enjoying her professional career she is an award-winning part time Jazz Radio Personality and was heard on various radio stations, including 21 years on the former Smooth Jazz103.1 as host of the Sunday Jazz Brunch. She is also a professional voice-over artist. Yvonne is co-founder of the Monday Night Jazz Jam, one of the longest running music events in Central Florida that showcases prominent international and local musicians that benefit underprivileged youth. Yvonne was appointed by the Supreme Court of Florida to the Florida Board of Bar Examiners where she actively serves as an emeritus member. She also serves on the board of Freedom Ride Inc. and volunteers her time to the Salvation Army, Coalition for the Homeless, Central Florida Black Journalists and a number of other service organizations. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the United Way, BankFirst, the Central Florida Urban League, Prevent Blindness Florida and many others.
